Icegel ERB-504®

Icegel® ERB-504 is an emulsifier / stabilizer combination designed for use on cream and milk ice creams with a hard consistency, especially recommended for cream ice creams with a high content of fruit or caramel. They provide the ice cream with exceptional qualities, creaminess, bouquet, mouthfeel and speed of melting.
